The Gilven Employability Team work throughout Fife supporting individuals on a 1-1 basis with housing needs. The team also deliver the Goals Course which is an accredited course, the 7 Habits of Highly Successful Families, 7 Habits of Highly Successful Teenagers and the Seasons for Growth Course.

The Employability Team also deliver 1-1 keywork sessions and drop-ins at Glenrothes, Leven and Cupar Job Centre Plus’ as part of Fife-ETC.

These dynamic and integrated services aim to improve individuals life choices by offering a range of services and support to enable individuals into a meaningful and positive destination.
